David Treadwell MBEBirmingham South East
David was brought up and educated in Sheldon and has been a resident of Acocks Green for over 30 years, supporting many local community groups.
Since completing three terms as a Public Governor with the former Heart of England Foundation Trust in 2018, David continued as a member of the Patient, Carer and Community Council (PCCC) supporting patients, addressing their concerns, needs, quality of care and safety, both within the community and hospital environment.
David is Chair of Acocks Green Neighbourhood Forum, is a past Chair and member of Acocks Green Partnership. He attends police consultative groups, and he is a district scout administrator and community volunteer as part of several local parks friends groups.
He is also a member of his local Parochial Church Council, (PCC) and is past president of a local rugby club.
In 2017 David was privileged to have been awarded an MBE for Voluntary Services to the Community of Acocks Green.
