Ben began his nursing career at Good Hope Hospital (GHH) in 2012 when he joined the Emergency Department as a newly qualified staff nurse.
Ben moved to the Emergency Department at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham. He then moved to the Acute Medical Unit after a promotion to the role of charge nurse that involved dealing with the daily challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Keen to experience other specialities within the Trust, Ben has recently taken on the role of ward manager within Ambulatory Care and is enjoying the challenge of his new role.
Ben is passionate to promote health and wellbeing amongst staff and ensure the Trust delivers world class service to it’s patients on a daily basis.
