The meeting of the Board of Directors in public will take place at the Education Centre, Solihull Hospital on Thursday 28 November 2024 from 10:00 – 13:00.

Time has been allowed at the end of the meeting for questions from members of the public and questions should be submitted in advance to Corporate Affairs:

The Board will seek to provide a response at the meeting to those questions received by 17:00 the day before the meeting (but cannot ensure this for detailed questions received later than this, for which an acknowledgement will propose handling for a Trust reply).

Please note that:

  • this is a meeting of the Board of Directors held in public, not a public meeting
  • questions must relate to the business as set out in the agenda
  • questions about an individual's care or about friends or relatives should not be raised, and should be directed to our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS), who will put you in touch with the department involved. Contact details can be found on the PALS page, which is linked under "Report a problem" at the end of this page
  • due to time constraints, the Chair's decision on the number of questions that can be taken at any meeting will be final
  • members of the public will be limited to a maximum of two questions in the meeting
  • members of the media routinely attend Board meetings. Comments made in the public board meeting may be published by the media. The Trust has no control over how comments are used externally unless they breach confidentiality or legal boundaries
  • contractors and representatives of businesses may attend but must not ask questions relating to their business, any services they wish to offer the Trust or any ongoing tender processes
  • the Chair will ensure board meetings take place without disruption, and has the right to exclude members of the public if they cause disruptions
