We are committed to providing equal access to our services for all our patients and visitors. We place a high value on the respect and dignity of individuals and recognise the social and cultural diversity of the communities we serve.
As part of our commitment to ensuring equal access to our services, we offer a professional interpreting service for our patients.
An interpreting service is available for both inpatients and outpatients for Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham (QEHB) patients 24 hours a day and delivered by Word360.
