Video conferencing

Most of the rooms in our four education centres have the facilities to run virtual meetings.

If you are going to be using a room for a Microsoft Teams or Zoom meeting, we advise that you book the room for at least 30 minutes before your meeting is due to start.

Using Microsoft Teams and Zoom

Microsoft Teams

If you require a Microsoft Teams account, please log a ticket with IT Services through the service portal.

You will need to log in to Teams to host a meeting in one of our rooms.

User guides are available on the QEHB intranet under "Systems > N365 (Office) and Microsoft Edge", or by searching for "N365".

Zoom

You will require your own Zoom login details to schedule and host a meeting in one of our rooms, and will need to set this up yourself as IT Services do not provide support for Zoom.

You can find information on how to do this in the Zoom learning centre.
