New starter wellbeing drop-in sessions

UHB has a comprehensive wellbeing offer available to all of our staff. We want to make sure that all new starters at the Trust are offered a chance to talk through the wellbeing offer, meet our on-site wellbeing officers and ask any questions that you may have. We hold monthly wellbeing drop-in sessions specifically for new starters in our wellbeing hubs across our four main hospital sites

These are held on the first full week of each month between 09:00 and 12:00 - please see the dates below for details. Any staff who are not able to access the four sites below can contact us via email to arrange an additional face-to-face or virtual session:

There's no need to pre-book - just pop in any time between 09:00 and 12:00. Whether you can stay for five minutes or half an hour, our wellbeing officers will be happy to meet you.
