Our staff are always happy to receive compliments or messages of thanks when things have gone well. If you, a loved one, or somebody you look after has received great service, please let the relevant team know.
Logging feedback
As well as speaking to the team directly, you can contact the Patient Experience team with compliments and messages of thanks. Getting in touch this way means we can log your feedback. This is useful as it's important for the the Trust to learn from what's gone well, and we'll always try to pass on your messages to the team involved.
Please note that email is not guaranteed to be secure. Any personal information (for example date of birth, address or NHS number) is sent via email at your own risk.
If you would prefer not to send personal information by email, please send us an outline of the nature of your feedback along with your phone number and we will call you back.
