Helpline for patients
Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham has a dedicated rheumatology telephone and email helpline for patients under our care.
You can leave a message and a nurse will call you back. We recommend you email us, including your hospital number and date of birth. We will try to answer your email promptly but often receive a high volume of messages.
Please note, the helpline is not an emergency service - call your GP or 111 if it you require immediate care.
For blood results and changing nurse appointments
Rheumatology Prescription Requests
You can request a prescription via email. Please email two weeks before you run out of medication.
